Have her go potty before you put her on your bed. When you see her potty outside use a word of your choice. I say "hurry up". My two now know when we're outside and I say hurry up they will go potty....it still takes time, but we don't come back in until they "go". Take her out at regular times. First thing in the AM, after eating, napping..etc. Some may not agree, but while training I took the water away an hour before I went to bed and had them go before I went to sleep. If you ever catch her...say NO and take her out or to pee pad. Hope this helps.
