That is just so horrible! Makes you want to cry! How could any human being let something like that go on? And the inspector should be fired, fined, and caged for a while! No direct violations!!!!!????? Horrible wounds and bones showing? Water bowls terribly fouled? Ticks so thick on a dog's face, you can't figure wht you are looking at, at first? But no direct violations so the most the breeder got was a $250 fine and see you next year? Sickening! |
