I am actually confused by the attack on the original poster. She said she felt guilty about talking her bf's brother out of purchasing the puppy. If a puppy is displaying out of the ordinary symptoms, even the breeder said he was a little spastic, and the breeder offers the puppy without papers should not you be a little careful? The breeders friends say the check out who gets their puppies so should not a new owner check out the breeder as well? I checked out the yelp reviews too. There are many happy customers who said that the breeder helped them with health issues. So why did the breeder family not explain the spastic condition better or offer have it cleared by a vet before final purchase? If the problem was not serious why not inform the original poster person here on YT that they were incorrect and explain to them why the puppy acts spastic. Then the poster and other owners would be more knowledgeable about the condition in case other puppies have it. I never saw once in the original post any accusation just questioning whether they did the right thing. Instead of correcting them about it they were accused of slander. Also in yelp you were going after someone with a lawyer who posted a negative review but who seemed to be willing to work with the breeder. I also wondered when the poster mentioned the dog there was confusion about which dog. Is that because more than one dog has this problem since I saw somewhere the father had it so it must be passed on to your litters. I am not attacking the breeder as I do not have the knowledge of good breeding practices. I am just questioning why the original poster was attacked not educated. |
