I give the information if it is asked for but as a rule I just don't give the parents records, unless I am selling for breeding. Of course all of the puppies records are given on all the test that are performed on them. Bloodwork, fecals, vaccination records, the OFA paperwork(they are check at their last visit, but the new owners have the option to finish this at 1 year of age) ect...
