Sorry your pups are sick. I think I would do nutrical if she doesn't eat. As you know, it doesn't take long for them to have sugar problems. I don't think the nutrical can hurt, someone please correct me if I am wrong. I'd continue to feed and water normally, as long as she is eating and drinking. Make sure she is drinking, vomiting can dehydrate them quickly too.
