This is exactly what happened the 2nd time my Sissy contracted giardia. It looked and smelled like poop. Giardia can be contracted both in the lower GI tract (which usually causes diarrhea) and in the upper GI tract (which will cause vomiting). Please take your baby in as soon as possible.
