hehe.... Had to laugh because that comment reminded me about when my daughter was two years old and a kid in her dayschool class kept biting her (really hard - leaving whole teeth impressions!) for absolutely no reason. The teacher told us that if my kid would just bite him back, he'd probably stop but of course she couldn't officially TELL my kid to do that. We practiced her screaming NO and told her to holler NO at him when he did it again but every single time, it would shock her so bad that she would just cry. So I don't know if biting them back (puppy or human) would actually work!
