Ok guys, I really need some good advice here. Dollar (Gos bless him) is bad dog. He never goes outside. I will take him out and walk him and nothing...as soon as we get inside, he goes right on the floor. Or he will wait till we are not looking and poop. I have done everything. I show him his mess and so NO! bad boy and tap him on the botton...and put him out. and when he does go outside I give him a treat and praise him. We have been doing this for 2 months and he still hasnt learned. He pees in the bed and everything. I know that yhe is smart b/c when he does go in the house he hides b/c he knows that he was bad.....but he cant out it together that he needs to go outside. what do I do...am I missing something???

some times he will go on his pee pads, but others just on the floor near the door. HELP!!!!
