I would agree with that statement, but probably a few more than 2 groups
There is not a universally agreed definition on here or anywhere else for that matter on "bad breeding practices". There are some things most will agree to as a "bad" practice, but there are many more things that are shaded in grey.
You have YTCA and other national clubs that outline their guidelines for member breeders, that at most IMO can be looked at as the "minimum" standard.
What saddens me is that in a season when one hopes for peace, love, and respect for our fellow man, we have dissension, attack, and counterattack.
