Where is the puppy? Did you save all your emails? Did you pay her through paypal? Did you get your money back from paypal? I would sue her through small claims court in your state for the price of the ticket.
Unfortunately you can't force the breeder to sell you the puppy, even if you did put a deposit down--the breeder sounds very unethical--but I would try to talk to her on the phone and remind her that you paid for the deposit, you bought a ticket and that you want the dog, and see what the breeder says. It might not be a total loss....you might still be able to get your puppy. |
