I am so glad your little one is ok! What a scary experience. My little Suzi wiggled out of my arms the other day , as I was trying to answer the door . She was very upset that strangers were knocking at the door, so I had to pick her up. She was growling at them and wa not happy i picked her up. Next thing I know, she was trying to get out of my arms. I held her as long as I could, and she dropped to the carpet . Only about to where my knees are. I am 5'4 . and she landed on the carpet. She was fine . I was embarassed that my 2 girls were so out of control. These things happen so fast . Suzi is around 7 pounds so she is bigger then your little guy. But, it all depends on how they land, and the surface area.
