Are you trying to upload the pictures to an album or a thread? If you are uploading them to an album and get that message that may mean that you're albums are too full. Regular members have less album space than donating members. If you are uploading them to the regular forum, and get that message, the pictures are just too big. This site will resize you photos, just follow direction.
