I had the same idea about the handicap stall during a layover. I took my previous yorkie, Jessie, in the handicap stall with a pad and kept begging her to go. I finally gave up and opened the door. A poor woman in a wheelchair was waiting to come in. I was really embarassed and apologized to her, but she just laughed and thought it was really funny!
