1.13 pound is LESS than 1.5 pound not MORE! Are you talking decimals or do you really mean ounces????? Even if you meant one pound 5 ounces to one pound 13 ounces that is only a gain of 8 ounces in 3 weeks -- not too much at all. Puppies do gain weight when they are healthy.
