IDK, if kibble protein and raw food protein are absorbed, or whatever, at the same rate...I do know that I feed my 3 pre-made raw (Primal) and it's about 42% protein, and they are thriving...They also get grain free treats (Fromm, at the moment)..They have pretty shiny hair, good skin, clear eyes, verrrrrry firm stools, and wonderful personalities..(I just threw that one in...lol) Ohhhhhhhh, and Apple hasn't exhibited any issues w/LP, that she was diagnosed with, over a year ago (stage 1) after she jumped out of a friend's arms...Also, after a year, mine are now raw snobs ...They won't eat kibble, anymore, and give me the "look", if I try to give them kibble...It's like, "are you serious"!!!! I even keep a bag of freeze dried raw, in case we lose electricity, or something...
