You need to resize your pictures. I use irfanview, it's a free download and simple to use. This happened to me because I changed the settings on my camera from a smaller size to a larger size pic. When I would try to post pictures here, the larger size setting on my camera made me have to resize my pics here.
note to photography experts...I know I didn't use the correct terms but hope it got the message across.
