ok, i just had to move in with my grandma cause she's the only one that would allow me with all of my animals...well i was outside playing and walked to the back of the fence and there is this silver/blue yorkie, the lady that owned it took very good care of and she passed a few years ago now and this is the first time ive seen it in quite some time and it's horrible it's hair is so matted that it looks like it has dreads!! my g-ma wont let me steal it. and she's talked to them bout the dog and nothing has been done , she also says that it's stays outside, and from what i can see it has no shelter from this harsh cold weather...now i have a chihuahua, and pit and a heeler and they all come in with me and all they have is a yorkie a lap dog for crying out loud...so someone please help me and let me know what i should do cause tonight it's suppose to be 29 degrees, and it's hard for me to stay in the house and not go and swipe it up and get it cleaned up and keep it myself...and the reason for it <---i dont know the sex and you cant tell with all of the matted hair...so if you can email me please do with the honest opionin
