Thank you Snow Yorkies also for your reply. It is extreamly frustrating because I have yet to find a breeder whom I have screened which offers this information. They seem to want to avoid and dance around this question.
I am guessing that then if these tests have been done on the litters parents this documentation would be attached in the pups paperwork for documentation/proof for the buyer to obtain.
