Oh no. I live about 5 minutes from that shelter. I have dropped off lost dogs there on a few occasions and they have sometimes been reunited with their owners. (I'm always finding lost dogs.)
I can't believe someone would do that. Unbelievable cruelty. Well Karma is a bommerang. |
