HE** NO!....he should never be allowed to own another animal! I'm all for 2nd chances....but in some cases people don't deserve it. & this is a perfect example of that.
I feel that if you didn't have love & appreciation for animals the 1st 20 to 30 something years of your life how the heck do you expect to have it now all of a sudden? ....what?... because you spent a little time in jail, u come out born again & clean?...Get out of here!
He should just worry about taking care of his kids because he'll never be blessed to feel the love an animal gives again!
