I have asked at Best Buy and they aren't familiar with what I am looking for, and said they didn't know where I could find what she needs.

Thanks YorkieUSA I tried this one with Natural Voices but she isn't able to use her fingers or hands, the one program she tried wouldn't recognize her verbaly due to her speech difficulty at this time.

Thank you both for posting back to me, I will try to do search on the internet today and prayerfully will be able to find something that she can use.
