My Lulu is 8 months & 3 lbs 6 oz. She was spayed just 1.5 weeks ago. I made sure to do the pre-op blood tests & questioned the vet about their surgery protocol. If pre-op blood work is done & the proper procedure is followed regarding anesthesia, the surgery is relatively safe. My Lulu did very well. Ultimately it's your choice, but if it were me I would have the baby teeth removed. it can cause major problems & lead to infections.
