Default I need help!

My little Yorkie, Abby, is so small, 3 lbs. 4 oz. or so. My breeder didn't recommend having her spayed and we have met other owners of small Yorkies who feel the same. They all have lost or know others who lost their tiny babies on the surgical table because they didn't wake up. Abby was two years old on June 29th and we have not even considered it as she is never with other dogs unattended; in fact, she rarely is with other dogs. However, yesterday we went to see the breeder as we are thinking of getting Abby a baby sister and I had her look at Abby's teeth and she said, "Oh no, she still has some baby teeth." She then said she didn't know what to tell us about that. We asked her to think about it and tell us. Now I am so worried and do not know what to do. Has anyone out there had this situation and do you have any advice? The breeder does not breed the small Yorkies and we had to agree that we would not...Abby was just the runt of the litter and the mom was about 6.5 lbs. and the dad 5.5 lbs. (I didn't want anyone to think she breeds to get the tiny ones.) None of us dreamed she would be so small. She is the best little dog we have ever had and we love her SO much.
