I am off on the quest to find another breeder, because I really want a puppy to grow up with my Izzy. She is such a sweet puppy and I know when I see the puppy I want and the breeder I feel is legit, I will know it. Lesson learned.

have you tried the YTCA or AKC breeder lists? they list by state and you might be able to find a good breeder there... plus, maybe consider a slightly older pup? i know any reputable breeder will allow and expect an owner of their pups to return it to them if they couldnt keep it for some reason.. some of the breeders might have one that was returned that they could sell at a discounted price. I dunno... never hurts to ask right!
