Thanks guys, I have decided to forfeit the deposit. I want a healthy puppy and to find a breeder who is trustworthy and cares about their puppies and the need to place their puppies in the very best of homes. Nancy, thank you for helping me...you guys are the best
It's sad that I had my hopes up for Izzy to have a friend and now they are shattered. But a lesson learned...for me & my dear husband, we will be more cautious when finding another breeder.
