I had the SAME PROBLEM LAST WEEK w/ Dudley.
The groomer must of trimmed a little too close.
A YT member suggested me putting A&D diaper rash creme and Neosporene (one w/ numbing ingredient) i did this application once and it made a world of difference...GOOD LUCK
He's back to normal now
