Yes, sometimes Yorkies will do this with age or they are just naturally more of a silver color...which is what her coloring looks to be. A parti is very obvious...no second-guessing when you see one. Livi, in my avatar, is a parti. She is very clearly white, black and gold.
This mommy does look like a Yorkie, though...I know you asked if we thought she looked like a "mutt". I can't say for sure because she is looking down in the pictures, but she does look Yorkie to me and so do the babies.
