A day after getting buzzed down Max started insanely licking and biting his bottom. The problem area is red from the irritation of him messing with it. It's not quite on his back-end, but more in the area of where he was neutered a few years ago - between his bottom and privates. Besides putting an e-collar on, what can I do? Has anyone had this issue before? Do you think it's from his extra short haircut? Also, do you think occasionally being exposed to salt outside for the snow could be a problem?
