I think its unfortunate your experience hasnt been well, I do agree that she should give you a credit or send you out some new bottles- especially since it was their mistake that the product wasnt used correctly.

I was under the impression that the new bottles werent opaque like the old ones.

I think their conditioner works well, but the best thing I have gotten from them are their brushes. Even if you are going to give the products up (which their are obviously several brands out their) I would give the brushes a try Ive never had so much fun brushing lol!
