I have used the cc products for some time now and have always been impressed. I even carry them on my site...I used the products even before I owned the site. The products work really well for me and so far I have had no problems. I am going to be contacting Lisa about this issue to see what she has to say. I do have to say that as just a regular customer and as a retailer they have always provided stellar CS and I stand behind this brand of product...Like I said, I sell it on my site and I use it on my dog.
I'm sad to see that less than stellar things are being said about this product that has always had a sterling reputation. |
