Well since you baby is already on antibiotics and is eating, sleeping, playing..etc. I would think with her diagnosis a runny nose would be typical and no cause for alarm.
When you find the easy way to give meds pass it on to me!!.......lol
I usually give meds in a sitting position with puppy held against my stomach, I insert a finger at the very back of the mouth on one side(not fully in the mouth just a bit and apply a bit of pressure), and squirt the meds on the other side, or a really stubborn dog or puppy, I insert thumb on one side of the mouth and a finger on the other and squirt meds in with the other hand. That back area of the mouth when a tiny bit of pressure is applied acts as a hinge effect and they just open up. |
