Oatmeal shampoo can definitely help the itchies. Also, with whatever you use it is helpful to dilute it with water and then rinse really well. Also make sure she doesn't have any fleas. My Brandy got itchy and I searched her and spotted a flea. I got rid of the flea(s) but it was a couple weeks before I got her to stop itching. Her skin looked fine but I think she was really sensitive to flea bites and took a while to recover.
