My sweet little Ashley had an anal tumor that she had removed when she was thirteen. It was painful for her before the surgery, and it was a horrible area to have surgery, so she had pain for a short while afterward, but she did fine once it healed. Another growth returned, but it was small, and it didn't cause a problem for her. She had the surgery when she was thirteen, even with an enlarged heart which made the anesthesia more dangerous. and she lived with a good quality of life after that for almost four years. Even though it was risky with her heart, the tumor would have caused an obstruction for her in time, and we are so glad that Ashley was able to have surgery. I know this isn't the same thing as your Coco has, but it is in the same area, and I wonder if surgery is an option, particularly with her kidney infection. I'm so sorry that your baby is sick, and I really hope that she starts to get better. You both are in my thoughts and prayers.
