I would set some rules for your guests. I have been to houses where their dog was in a similar situation and we were asked not to stress the dog out/pick them up.

As so confinement - is there a way you could block off a room with a baby gate? She would be able to see whats going on and be around people with out the added stress of the other dogs. It would also be safer with all the added traffic - should wouldn't be able to run out the door etc. I am super paranoid about one of my pets getting out the door. My old cat would occasionally get out he was always by the door and I would freak out. Luckily our new cats don't go near the door. The doorbell actually scares them along with the sound of the door opening. They run upstairs. Its been a lot less stressful. My dog (beagle) has never been fully trained (we got him when he was two- he had been trained to hunt and because of his high energy and need to smell/mark everything he was never completely trained) he stays in his crate when we are not there.

You could also maybe gate off the other dogs to a room? She might get stressed if she saw other dogs she couldn't play with. I know my dog whenever he is out on his runner outside will bark at anyone that passes by and he tries to go visit the other dogs. If a dog is in his view for too long though and doesn't go over to him he starts to stress out.
