We have a 7 year old Yorkie that we adopted 18 months ago. Zoee (7 yrs) was a rehoming. Oue new dog Leeza (5) is a resuce from a puppy mill. It was great to have Zoee meet Leeza. Zoee who is a spoiled little monster was so good and well behaved. She has been just fabulous with Leeza. She watches out for Leeza. When Zoee sits down in a room, she always knows where Leeza is and can see Leeza.
We were surpised and so pleased that Zoee behaved like this. We hope that Zoee remembered coming home with us (road trip to get her in another state) and that the experieince of driving up to NJ to get Leeza, meeting Leeza's foster mom and foster sibling Yorkies would let Zoee know that Leeza was a little girl like herself who needed a home.
we thinbk having Zoee come to get Leeza with us was a good experience.
