Their contract is not extended for one year, which is the standard length for congenital defects. Their Contract does not address monetary refund to assist in vet fees, should said congenital defect be discovered.
They release pups at 10 weeks of age with only one innoculation. Minimum age to be released is 12 weeks of age to allow time for proper socialization of a pup and insure that the pup is eating well on their own.
Their contract alone reveals several red flags. | Puppy must be took to a licensed vet within 48 hrs of receipt of puppy and call seller if there is a congenital life threatening, non-treatable condition only. Florida Pet Lemon Law: Consumers have 14 days to document contagious or infectious disease and a full year to document congential or hereditary defects.
Under no circumstances will seller be responsible for any veterinary or other expenses for any reason whatsoever after purchase of puppy.
That one is indirect oppostion to Florida's Pet Lemon Law, too: The law provides for replacement plus reimbursement for veterinary expenses related to certifying the illness, up to the price of the dog.
If a dog is proven ill or defect, consumers may demand a refund or replacement plus reimbursement of veterinary expenses up to the price of the dog.

As Mardelin said, big, honking, screaming red flags.
