Parti yorkies are beautiful, I can see why you are attracted to them. Many members here own a Parti and Im sure they will be able to help you find a reputable breeder in your area.
If you would like to post the website of the breeder you are looking at that would be a great start, many members here will be able to tell you if its looks good or not and help you with the process of getting a baby. Good luck!
