 You really need to kennel her when you are gone.  No dog needs that much freedom and that is just reinforcing her authority.  One way to start asserting yourself  is feed her by hand so that she only gets food from you.  Another way which I know sounds annoying is tether her to you when you are home.   That means she is on lead and attached to you and has to go every where you go and do everything you do.   I am not saying I am an expert but I have had  three courses of lessons, some of them private.   I finally have gotten thru to my dog.  It will take time to figure how what speaks to her but you have to do it.  It is hard and time consuming.
