I do like trying to guess the dx. I am not too successful with House's cases tho. I got couple that involved the thyroid and another that was pancreatitis as I am all too familiar with those. There was another that I thought sounded like an adrenal issue and it was. But usually I don't have a clue until they say it on the show.
