My JPop turned 7 years old last month. When I got him at 6 wks (yeah, I know, didn't know any better then), I bought him a squirrel. To this day, it's still his favorite! He humps it almost daily
, has to sleep with it, and will fight the other babies if they even look like they want to play with it.
It has no squeaker left, no tail, thread bearing and been washed too many times to count. Would I throw it away....never! We've had to get up at night to "squirrel hunt" if I forget to get it at bedtime.
He would be devistated if I threw it away! Let your baby keep his fav toy.
