Poppy is doing well with potty training and has not had an accident in the house for a good few weeks now.
We crate her at night and when she is home alone and up until a week ago she was doing very well with this and had not pottied in her crate.
She would sleep all through the night without crying to go outside for potty, But for the past week or so she has been crying to go potty 3-4 times in the night, she is 7 months old and should be able to hold it through the night am I right? because she used to.
She has peed in her crate about 5 times (never pooped). She only has room for her bed in there so if she pees she would have to sit in it until I noticed and cleaned it up, which she can't be enjoying.
I always let her out for potty just before she goes to bed and first thing in the morning, and I keep her out there until she does her business.
I thought maybe she was drinking a lot of water in the night so I took her water bottle away last night hoping it would make a difference, but it didnt, she woke 3 times for potty.
I thought maybe she has some sort of UTI but she isn't peeing in the crate through the day or when she is out of her crate, I let her out everytime she goes to the back door which is probably every half hour, but she dosn't pee every time sometimes she just plays.
Do you have any thoughts on this?
