If I was paying $3,500 for a dog, it better be a show dog. One that advertises tinies, doll face, tines, is capitilizing on that and of course the uneducated, unsuspecting public falls for it.
I would never recommend a breeder unless I knew of their breeding practices and breeding practices encompasses more than their dogs are raised in their home and sleep with them. Recommending a breeder is a big responsibility and if something goes wrong, one could be held accountable.
