I am also a Friends fan, and I was re-watching all the episodes not too long ago and noticed that Hugh Laurie was the guy sitting next to Rachel on the plane when she was on her way to London to tell Ross not to marry Emily because she loved him (wow, quite the run-on sentence!) Anyway, he spoke with his English accent (they were on their way to London after all
) and I remember thinking it was amazing he sounds so American in House too!
