I know you want a tiny, but keep in mind reputable breeders don't purposely breed tinies to get tinies and they don't sell them. They place them in qualified homes. Not all tines have medical problems, but a reputable breeder doesn't ever want to take the chance of selling heartache. So, when they place these wee ones they do so the new family understands that additional vet bills might be incurred.
I'm surprised that you even spoke to this woman. The fact that she purposely breeds tinies and has no qualms about shipping.
Her yatta, yatta on how she provides this and that....stating nothing about testing, etc.....Another one that has somewhat learned to talk the talk.....
