Well I think I may have an idea who they "might" belong to. They were seen coming in and out of a neighbor’s backyard yet this person has treated them badly from what I hear. I am also told that they have been seen for 2 weeks walking around in the streets. Just the other day the dogs entered my parents backyard threw a fence. The Chihuahua was so thirsty she leaned to drink water out of a pool and fell in!! This was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I am just so thankful that a family member was outside to save her life! They are not micro shipped by the way. Someone who neglects an animal and does not care about their whereabouts does not deserve an animal in my opinion.
