Wow...did you have them scanned to see if they were microchipped before finding a new home? My dogs are microchipped and don't wear collars but that doesn't mean they don't belong to anyone.
I would start by checking for a chip, check craigslist, ebay classifieds, your local paper, public bulletin boards and things like that before just giving them away.
I agree the little girl deserves a good home but maybe she already has one and she just got out of a fence or something. |
