God Bless you. I will tell her. I know she needs to hear it. I've told her that the YT Family has offered Nikki up in prayer, and are lighting candles.
I agree with you. I would think that anyone that saw a small dog outside in the bitter cold would try to entice them to come to them and take them inside, and call the police or Animal Control.
Nikki is a trusting dog. She has never known 1 unkindness in her life.
I'm hoping and praying that someone has taken her in, but have just been unable to get through to anyone due to the snowstorm.
I'm puzzled as to why, 2 Ministers didn't try to rescue her.

These are men of God. And Nikki is one of God's Creations.
If I could go to Canada right now, I would question the Minister that spotted her, huddled amongst the animal figures in his church's Nativity scene and ask him, why, he didn't try to help her.
