I've taken Mitzi to the vet twice and they gave her medicine trying to clear up these scabby sores. Nothing seems to work. When you scrape the scab it has a strong odor. She smells bad within 2 days after a bath.
Dog food is “Basics Turkey and Potatoes” made for sensitive skin.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about Mitzi. If my vet had seen her twice and treated it but it did not clear, I would go to a board certified veterinary dermatologist who has advanced training and experience to treat disorders of the skin. You might want to look for one in your area and get Mitzi on a better plan for this. Good luck!
