when i bought one for my baby last year i got him one at petco for about 30 or so. The first carrier i bought was about that 60 but when i took harley and the carrier to the airport to get make sure everything checked out it i couldn't use that carrier bc he was too large and not sit i a natural position. i took the 60$ one back and got him a carrier that was more flexible and cost less and they approved it. I was so scared and sad he wasn't going to be able to go. i cried when i left the airport the first time. i'm glad i went there and checked before our trip!!! good luck!
