Welcome to YT Corrine, you definitely live in one of the most beautiful and most dog loving countries.
I visited The Netherlands in August with my two little Yorkies and everybody welcomed them so warmly that I was amazed.
You also have sooooo many parks there that I think that you can never visit them all.
My babies loved the parks, the people but most of all the cows at Friesland
